Which platform do you need help on?
Each platform plays by different rules - the right dispute on Yelp will fail on Facebook, and vice versa. Open the platform-specific page that matches the review you'd like help disputing.
12 policy categories
Google review dispute help
The largest review platform and the most documented dispute system. Spam, conflicts of interest, off-topic, hate, threats, impersonation, and seven other categories Google enforces consistently.
Yelp filters reviews silently through proprietary software. Specialist disputes citing the exact content guideline and routing through Yelp Trust & Safety beat the generic flag every time.
Recommendations replaced star reviews in 2018, and they're governed by Meta Community Standards. Disputes filed via verified Page admin pathways with the right citations have the strongest chance of a successful outcome.
Trustindex aggregates reviews from multiple sources. We identify the original platform, file the dispute correctly, and ensure your widget refreshes end-to-end.
From submission to dispute resolution in 4 documented steps.
No black-box tactics. Transparent, evidence-backed disputes you can follow at every stage.

Escalation & Resolution
If a first dispute fails, we escalate. We track every case until resolved. $425 per review is billed via ACH upon service completion, only once the platform takes the review down. Removal is never guaranteed, and the platform makes the final call. If a disputed review comes down and then reposts within 30 days, you receive a service credit toward re-pursuing it. The fee covers the professional work of disputing the review, not a permanent result.
Average turnaround: 5–21 business days. Outcomes determined by the platform.
FAQ
Common questions about our review dispute service.
Everything you need to know before submitting.
Which review platforms do you help on?
Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Trustindex are our four core dedicated platforms. We also assist with Tripadvisor, BBB, and industry-specific platforms - submit any review URL and we will tell you whether the platform has a viable dispute process.
What exactly am I paying for?
You are paying for the professional work of disputing a policy-violating review: the policy audit, the evidence-backed dispute file, filing through the platform's official channel, and escalation if the first dispute fails. The fee covers that work, not a permanent outcome. Google, Yelp, Facebook, and the other platforms make the final call on every dispute, and removal is never guaranteed.
How does billing work across platforms?
ACH (bank account) details are collected before we start the dispute, but you are not charged unless a disputed review comes down. $425 per review is debited via ACH only upon service completion. In short: no removal, no charge. Disputes are handled through third-party platforms, and we cannot control whether a platform reposts a review after it comes down. The fee is charged when a disputed review comes down and is non-refundable. If that review reposts within 30 days, your remedy is a service credit toward re-pursuing it rather than a refund. Same model regardless of platform.
What if a review is on multiple platforms?
Reviews aggregated through Trustindex or other widget services often originate from Google, Yelp, or Facebook. We file the dispute at the source first, then ensure all aggregated displays update. Resolving the source often clears multiple downstream displays.
Will you remove honest negative reviews?
No. We only dispute reviews that violate a platform's content policies, and we never touch legitimate reviews. Any service that promises to take down honest negative reviews is not being straight with you and is putting your business at risk. For genuine criticism, the right strategy is thoughtful review response plus volume dilution, handled by our reputation management service.
Do you write or generate reviews?
No. We do not write, generate, buy, or incentivize reviews for any client. Doing so violates platform policies and FTC rules. Our work is limited to disputing reviews that break a platform's own published policies.
What happens if a disputed review comes back?
A platform can reinstate a review at any time, and Google in particular can bring a removed review back on its own. If a disputed review comes down and then reappears within 30 days, you receive a service credit toward re-pursuing it. The fee covers the professional work of disputing the review, not a permanent guarantee that it stays down.
How long does the dispute process take?
Google: 5–14 days typical. Yelp: 5–21 days. Facebook: 7–21 days. Trustindex: 5–14 days direct, plus the source-platform timeline if aggregated. Cases requiring escalation can take 3–4 weeks. Outcomes are determined by the platforms.
What types of reviews qualify for a dispute?
The general rule across all four platforms: fake or bot reviews, conflicts of interest (employees, competitors, family), off-topic content, defamation, hate speech, threats, impersonation, privacy violations, and disclosed personal data without consent.
Do you handle coordinated negative review attacks?
Yes - these are some of the most common cases we see. Coordinated attacks have specific escalation pathways on each platform that require evidence of the coordination. We document the pattern and submit through the right channel for each platform.
Will my listing be penalized for hiring a service to help dispute reviews?
We work only within each platform's own review policies to minimize any risk to your profile. Disputes are filed through your verified business owner account using each platform's official report or admin support flow.
