FAQ

Common questions about our review dispute service.

Everything you need to know before submitting.

Which review platforms do you help on?

Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Trustindex are our four core dedicated platforms. We also assist with Tripadvisor, BBB, and industry-specific platforms - submit any review URL and we will tell you whether the platform has a viable dispute process.

How does billing work across platforms?

ACH (bank account) details are collected before we start the dispute, but you are not charged unless the platform initially takes the review down. $550 per review is debited via ACH only upon service completion. Review removal is performed through third-party platforms, and we cannot control whether a platform reposts a review after it has been removed. If the review reposts within 14 days you receive a full refund. Same model regardless of platform.

What if a review is on multiple platforms?

Reviews aggregated through Trustindex or other widget services often originate from Google, Yelp, or Facebook. We file the dispute at the source first, then ensure all aggregated displays update. One source removal often resolves multiple downstream displays.

Can you help remove genuine negative reviews from real customers?

No - and any service that promises this is putting your business at risk. We file disputes for reviews that violate platform content policies. Legitimate negative reviews are protected, and the right strategy there is review response plus volume dilution - handled by our reputation management service.

How long does the dispute process take?

Google: 5–14 days typical. Yelp: 5–21 days. Facebook: 7–21 days. Trustindex: 5–14 days direct, plus the source-platform timeline if aggregated. Cases requiring escalation can take 3–4 weeks. Outcomes are determined by the platforms.

What types of reviews qualify for a dispute?

The general rule across all four platforms: fake or bot reviews, conflicts of interest (employees, competitors, family), off-topic content, defamation, hate speech, threats, impersonation, privacy violations, and disclosed personal data without consent.

Do you handle coordinated negative review attacks?

Yes - these are some of the most common cases we see. Coordinated attacks have specific escalation pathways on each platform that require evidence of the coordination. We document the pattern and submit through the right channel for each platform.

Will my listing be penalized for hiring a service to help remove reviews?

No. Disputes are filed through your verified business owner account using each platform's official report or admin support flow. There's no signal indicating a removal service was involved.
